Come learn, discuss, and practice some of the fundamental strategies and tools that support mindful living and a meditation practice.

This is a series of four 1-hour workshops:

  1. Mindfulness of the Body and Breath: Ground Yourself through the Senses

  2. Thoughts and Beliefs: Make Space for what is Real and True

  3. Compassion, Empathy, and Forgiveness: Open Your Wise Heart to Yourself and Others

  4. Practice Makes Patterns: Savor Joy, Accept Pain, and Cultivate Balance

These workshops will cover topics like:

  • Breathwork that helps relieve stress

  • Language skills that break unhealthy thought patterns

  • Meditation topics that improve your self-confidence and strengthen your relationships

  • Strategies that help you stay mindful in difficult situations

  • Skills to manage difficult emotions
